When you have surrendered to the flow of the process,
when you let go of your control and need to perfect,
when you just show up to the creative call -
it becomes unclear whether you are creating the journey
or whether the journey … is creating you.

Who is the Muse?
Jill Badonsky, M.Ed., is an internationally recognized workshop leader, keynote speaker, creativity-coaching pioneer, illustrator, and humorist. She has creatively consulted with national magazines, filmmakers, comedians, artists, writers, women in business, and spiritual groups through-out the country. Her background is in occupational therapy, writing, marketing, educational media and instructional design. She writes a monthly column for Creativity Portal and is editor of the monthly Muse Flash.
Jill is also a certified Yoga teacher; teaching yoga in corporations, spas, retreats, and prisons for over 25 years. She teaches a Vinyasa flow of Hatha poses augmented with suggestions that help participants discover their inner Muse by quieting the mind and experiencing the metaphor of creativity that exists when they stretch, twist and free the body from rigid postures.
She wrote and performed the one woman show, I Can’t Always Handle Reality, But It’s Really the Only Place to Get a Good Cup of Coffee. Jill lives in the San Diego with two cats and a bougainvillea.
